Privacy policy

Account data you give us: your email address and your agency/account name.

Source credentials you connect (e.g. an Airtable token), stored encrypted at rest and used only to read the data you ask us to monitor.

Monitoring datawe generate: counts, timestamps, statuses, and incident history, not your clients' record contents.

Usage and billing data needed to run and bill the service.

To provide the service (run checks, send alerts), to bill you, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we don't use it to train models.

We share data only with the providers needed to run Stallguard: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Stripe (billing). See Security for details.

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete a source or monitor and its data is removed; close your account and we delete it. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@stallguard.ioand we'll help.

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
